Fuquay, Inc. is a certified installer of Reline America’s Alphaliner. This superior trenchless pipe renewal technology utilizes a resin impregnated, spirally wound fiberglass tube that is cured with exposure to ultraviolet light.
Installation
The installation of Alphaliner is a completely trenchless process which allows minimal disruption to the community and the environment. Once the liner is pulled into the existing pipe, the UV light-train is inserted, and the liner is video inspected prior to lining. The light train is then turned on and the liner is cured in one pass. Once the process is completed, Alphaliner restores the structural integrity of the original host pipe.
Applications
Alphaliner is used to rehabilitate storm and sanitary sewer pipes that are damaged, leaking or have reached its expected lifespan. This liner can be used in pipes ranging from 8” up to 60” in diameter and will accommodate pipes of various shapes and material (RCP, CMP, PVC, DIP, TC, Clay).
